Today is Monday, May 13, 2013 and it is a D4 day for specials!!

CAFÉ FEATURES:

Sunrise: Oatmeal, French Toast Sticks, Scrambled Eggs & Assorted Fruit- $1.35

Café Feature: Nacho Bar, Carrot Sticks, Corn & Assorted Fruit - $2.40

BAND LESSONS:

4^th Grade Recorder Help will meet in the band room @ 10:30

Beginning Flutes will meet in the band room @ 12:45

Beginning Clarinets will meet in the band room @ 1:15

Beginning Saxophones will meet in the band room @ 2:15

TAB COLLECTION COMPETITION:

Attention Students…PCABT is having a “Tab Collection” competition. The school will be divided into 3 teams: K-2, 3-5, and 6-8. The team that collects the most tabs by May 17^th will receive a free jeans or pajama day (to be decided by the winning team’s teachers). Thank you all for your participation and we look forward to seeing the results!

ATHLETIC SPORTS BANQUET:

Attention all Athletes…The athletic sports banquet will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 6 to 8pm...your attendance is required and all Pca students and staff are invited to attend. Professional dress is required...please see Mrs. Candileri for a letter to be sent home to parents.

BOOK DRIVE:

Attention Students and Staff… Elementary Honor Society is hosting a book drive from May 9, 2013 through May 31, 2013 to donate to A.I. DuPont Children’s Hospital. Drop off boxes are located in all three buildings.

MOVIE NIGHT:

Attention Kindergarten through 4^th grade students… Movie Night “Hotel Transylvania” is today, May 10, 2013 in the Café from 3:30-5:35. Students must be picked up no later than 6pm. Cost is $5.00 per child. Fee is for supervision, hotdog, chips, popcorn & drinks.

OM FUNDRAISER NIGHT:

Attention Students and Staff… Odyssey of the Mind’s fundraiser night at Jake’s Wayback Burgers in Smyrna is Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 5-9pm.

BIKE-A-THON:

May is National Bike Month!! PCA’s 3^rd Annual school wide “Bike-A-Thon” has been changed to Tuesday, May 28, 2013. It’s FREE to participate. Students just need to bring their bike, helmet and water bottle. Bikes must be dropped off no later than 9am the morning of the bike ride and picked up no later than 6pm the same evening. PCA is not responsible for the loss or damage of bikes during the event. PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE!!!!

PCA SPORTS:

PCA’s baseball and softball teams have a “Home” game against Sussex Academy Middle on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 @ 4:00pm.
