Today is it will be an A3 day for specials!!

Band Schedule:
(Int.) Flute will meet in the band room @ 8:10
(Concert) Flute will meet in the band room @ 8:40
(Beg.) Make-Ups will meet in the band room @ 1:00
(Select) Flute will meet in the band room @ 1:30
(Beg.) Flute will meet in the band room @ 2:00

Lunch:
Café Feature: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Green Beans, and Chunky Applesauce- $2.25
Grab & Go Sandwich: Turkey & Bologna on wheat- $1.50
Faculty Feature: Hot Roast Beef on Kaiser & one side- $2.75

Extended Days: Reminder Students… There will be an extra 15 minutes added to each school day starting on March 16, 2011(make-up for extra snow days), please remind your parents!!

MS Read-a-thon: The winner of the early MS Read-A-Thon is Ryan Lederer. Winner receives two movie tickets, popcorn, and goodies…Congratulations!!

Dogeball and Jump Rope for Heart: Attention Students… Dodgeball and Jump Rope for Heart will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011. In order to participate in either event, students must get donations or sponsorships of at least $10.00. The money raised will be used to fund research for heart disease and stroke. All donations are due by Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Any questions please see Mr. Beach.

PCA Sports: Baseball and Softball tryouts are Today, March 7, 2011 from 3:30 to 5:30pm. All sports physicals on DIAA form must be complete in order to tryout. Any questions please see Mrs. Candileri!!

Candy Grams: Attention Students and Staff… St. Patty’s Day Candy Grams will go on sale Today, March 7, 2011 in the mornings of the Core, Upper, and Lower school lobbies. The cost is $1.00 per candy gram and they will be delivered on March 17, 2011.

Book Drive: Attention Students… National Junior Honor Society Students are having a book drive starting on Today, March 7, 2011. The grade with the most books collected will win a “Jeans Day” on April 1, 2011. Boxes will be located in the Core, Lower and Upper School Lobbies. Thank you and Good Luck!!

Professional Development Day: Reminder Students… There is NO school for students on Friday, March 4, 2011!!!

Leap Programs: Leap Programs will start Monday, March 14, 2011 and will run for 5 weeks… Extra Leap forms are located in the office.

Basketball: Amir Johnson won the boys “Fidonce Basketball Championship” this past weekend…Congratulations!!

Cheerleading: PCA’s cheerleaders won 1st place at the State Championships this past weekend at the Bob Carpenter Center…Congratulations!!

Penny Wars: Penny War has started and will run through Friday, March 4, 2011. Each Grade will collect and put as many pennies as possible into their grades water jug which are located in the Café. Students in other grades can “sabotage” another grades water jug by putting money other than pennies into the jug. If someone puts a $1 bill into another grades jug, 100 pennies of the grade with the dollar in it will not count in the final total. There will be one winning grade in the Lower School and one winning grade in the Upper School. The winning grade level will get a free pajama day at a date to be determined. Students are only permitted to put money in the jugs during breakfast and their scheduled lunch time. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Waldron the choir director. The winning grades will be announced Friday, March 11, 2011.

Delaware Trivia: Delaware Trivia will be on Friday’s only!!
