BAND:

Beginning Saxophone 2 will meet in the band room @ 8:15

Beginning Trumpet 2 will meet in the band room @ 11:10

Beginning Saxophone 1 will meet in the band room @ 12:45

Beginning Trumpet 1 will meet in the band room @ 1:45

Concert Band Rehearsal will meet in the band room @ 2:45

BASKETBALL TRY-OUTS:

Attention 6^th, 7^th, 8^thgraders interesting in trying out for basketball: Tryouts are Friday, November 15^thand Monday, November 18^th from 330-530 in the gym. ALL students must have a sports physical completed in order to try out!!! There will be a sign up sheet by Mrs. Candileri’s office for all those interested in trying out. See Coach Candileri if you have any questions.

PENNY WARS:

Attention Students and Staff: Get ready to Sabotage…Penny Wars are going on now through Friday, November 22, 2013 for Middle School Chorus. There will be 3 total winning grade levels, one from grade K-2, one from grades 3-5, and one from grades 6-8. The winning grade level will get a free pajama or jeans day at a date to be determined. If you have questions please contact Mrs. Hanson the choir director.

Attention Students: Leap programs for today…

Tuesday- Exploring Fossils - Mrs. English's room

Wednesday- Flag Football (will start next week) - Outside, but meet near gym

Wednesday- Cheer – Meet in Ms. Wilson’s Room

Wednesday- It’s an Experiment – Meet in lower school lobby, then heading to Mrs. Linz’s room

CAFÉ POSTER CONTEST:

Attention Students…Submit a Poster/Drawing that shows what you think a “Healthy” Tray should look like with a brief description. Poster/Drawing should include First and Last Name, Grade and Age. PRIZES: The Top (10) Children age 8 and older will be selected to attend the “Kid Chef Program” held in Providence Creek Academy Café from Dec 2^nd-6^th2013. The Top (10) Children age 7 and below will receive a “Special” Prize. Poster/Drawing should be turned in to the Café no later than Friday, November 15, 2013. Please direct any questions to Chef Rogers.

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE:

Attention Students and Staff… PCA is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit those in our own community who could use a helping hand. Each classroom will be collecting non-perishable food items to be donated in time for Thanksgiving. The homeroom in the Lower and Upper School that has the most donations by November 22^ndwill be named the Top Class and win a classroom PARTY after Thanksgiving Break!

PICTURE MAKE-UPS:

Attention Students and Staff… Picture Make-ups are Friday, November 15, 2013 starting @ 12:00pm. It is jeans day, so if you have make-ups that day, please bring a change of shirt (no one will see the jeans).

JEANS DAY:

Attentions Students and Staff… Jeans Day is Friday, November 15, 2013 with any school appropriate music or white shirt. Cost is $3.00 to participate.

DANCE:

Attention 5^th-8^thGrade Students… School Dance is Friday, November 15, 2013 from 6-9pm sharp in the Café. Cost is $5.00 and $4.00 if you bring a chaperone.

LOST AND FOUND:

Attention Students… Please check the lost and found tables located in all 3 buildings for any lost items.
