Today is Wednesday, April 25, 2012 and it will be an A4 day for specials.

Band Lessons:

(CB) Trumpet will meet in the band room @ 11:10

(Beg.) Brass will meet in the band room @ 12:55

Trombone will meet in the band room @ 1:30

Lunch:

Sunrise: Cream of Wheat, Pizza Bagel, Home Fries and Assorted Fruit- $1.35

Cafe Feature: Mexican Baked Chicken, Black Bean & Corn Salsa and Assorted Fruit - $2.25

Grab & Go Sandwich: Chicken Caesar- $1.50

Scholastic Book Fair:

Attention Students and Staff… Scholastic’s buy 1, get 1 free bookfair starts Monday, April 30, 2012 through Friday, May 4, 2012 from 8am-3:30pm in the auditorium. Volunteers are needed

Dodgeball for Heart:

Dodgeball for Hearts money is due no later than today, April 25^th… Please turn money to Mr. Beach or main office. 

Leap Programs:

Attention Students…There are a lot of interesting Leap Programs this season. Extra forms are in the office. LEAP forms are due today, APRIL 25^th!! Classes are filling up fast so get your permission forms turned in as soon as possible!!

PCA Sports:

PCA’s Softball and Baseball Teams have an “Away” game against Phyllis Wheatley Middle @ Woodbridge Athletic Complex today, April 25, 2012 @ 4:15pm.

Plant Sale:

Attention Lower School Students:  Spider plant orders will be taken in the morning in the lobby of the Lower School from 7:45 to 7:55.

All plants are $1 and will be delivered to your room the day after you place your order.

Attention Upper School Students:  You can order a spider plant by stopping by Mrs. Taylor’s room in the morning or at recess.

Recess Volunteers:

Attention Recess Volunteers:  Be sure to check in with Mrs. Taylor before going to your assigned recess job.

DCAS Attire:

Attention Students and Staff… purple shirts with uniform pants is permitted for Monday, April 30 DCAS event.  No jeans permitted.

Bike a thon:

"PCA's second annual bike a thon is scheduled for Friday, May 18th.  It is a school wide event and we would like everyone to participate. It is FREE and during school!!! In order to join us, all students need to have a permission slip filled out, signed by a parent or guardian and delivered to the office or Mrs. Gossman in the library.  There will be short rides for younger students and 3, 6 or 10 mile rides for older students.  There are extra permission slips in the library.  If you need a bike for the ride please indicate it on your permission slip. Permission slips are due this week.

Jeans Day:

Attention Students and Staff… Jeans Day is on Friday, April 27, 2012 with any school appropriate School Spirit/ Purple or White Shirt. Cost is $3.00 to participate.

Spring Sports Dance:

ATTENTION 5^th through 8^th Grade Students…THERE WILL BE A SPRING SPORTS DANCE this FRIDAY, APRIL 27^th from 6pm to 9pm sharp sponsored by Mrs. Candileri and the Athletic Department.  Cost is $5 to attend and $4 if you bring a chaperone.   Refreshments will be available for purchase
