Today is Friday, April 20, 2012 and it will be a D1 day for specials.

Band Lessons:
Wind Ensemble will meet in the band room @ 8:10
(WE) Sax will meet in the band room @ 9:00
(Int.) Alto will meet in the band room @ 9:40
(Beg.) Alto will meet in the band room @ 1:30

Lunch:

Sunrise: Oatmeal, Boiled Eggs, Wheat Toast w/Butter, Sausage Patty and Assorted Fruit- $1.35

Cafe Feature: Pizza, Vegetables and Assorted Fruit - $2.25

Grab & Go Sandwich: Chicken Wrap- $1.50

Faculty Feature: Spicy Oriental Chicken w/ Rice- $2.75

Dodgeball for Heart:
Attention Students in 4^th through 8^th Grade… PCA is holding its annual Dodgeball for Heart Tournament on Friday, April 27th.  Cost is $10.00 to participate. Other prizes are awarded if you raise more money.  Money is due no later than Wednesday, April 25th.  Please see Mr. Beach if interested.  It should be another fun and exciting tournament!  All proceeds will go to American Heart Association to fund research for heart disease and stroke.

Attention Recess Volunteers: 
Please check Mrs. Taylor’s door and sign up to help with the Global Youth Service Day activities.  You MAY sign up for more than one activity.

Plant Sale:
Attention Students and Staff…Don’t forget PCA’s Plant Sale on Friday and Monday during lunch periods in the café.  Celebrate Earth Week and support the fight against Juvenile Diabetes. Look for the display table of plants in the café and be sure to order your spider plant for 50 cents to $1.50.

Attention Upper School Students: 
If you would like to work at the Plant Sale on Friday or Monday from 11:45 to 12:25 or 12:30 to 1:15, please see Mrs. Taylor
immediately after the morning announcements.

Assembly:
Attention Upper Students… Reminder assembly today @ 2:00pm with Senator Tom Carper

Leap Programs:
Attention Students…There are a lot of interesting Leap Programs this season. Extra forms are in the office. LEAP forms are due by Wednesday, APRIL 25^th!!

Delaware DigiGirlz Day 2012:
Attention 8^th Grade Girls… If you signed up to attend Delaware DigiGirlz Day is on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 8:30am-3:00pm @ Wilmington University- Dover Campus. Please make sure to turn your permission form as soon as possible.

PCA Sports:
PCA’s Softball and Baseball Team’s have an “Away” game against Milford Middle on Monday, April 23, 2012 @ 4:15pm.

Spring Sports Dance:
ATTENTION 5^th through 8^th Grade Students…THERE WILL BE A SPRING SPORTS DANCE FRIDAY APRIL 27^th from 6pm to 9pm sponsored by Mrs. Candileri and the Athletic Department.  Cost is $5 to attend and $4 if you bring a chaperone.   Refreshments will be available for purchase

Electronics:
Reminder Students… Electronics are NOT permitted in school, unless you are told differently by your teacher for a special occasion.
