Today is Wednesday, March 13, 2013 and it is an E3 day for specials!!

BAND LESSONS:

Beginning Percussion 1 will meet in the band room @ 12:45

Beginning Percussion 2 will meet in the band room @ 1:15

Beginning Percussion 3 will meet in the band room @ 1:45

Beginning Make-Ups will meet in the band room @ 2:15

MUSIC TRIVIA:

March is music in our schools month. To celebrate the Music Department will be sponsoring contests throughout the entire month. Winners will receive $10 iTunes gift cards.

Here is your 2 clues for the trivia contest:

· A Famous Singer/Song Writer and Guitar Player

· This musical artist won the CMA Entertainer of the year award four times!

If you think you know the answer, fill out the form in the office and put it in the red box. Remember you can only enter one time per day until there is a winner. Good luck!!

Kindergarten, 1^st, and 2^nd grade students: This week your new creative instrument should be a brass instrument! Good luck. All instruments are due by Friday, March 15, 2013!

SCHOOL DANCE:

Attention Students in 5^th-8th Grade... This Friday, March 15, 2013, come out and celebrate St. Patrick’s day at the school dance! Hope to see you there. Cost is $5.00 and $4.00 if you bring a chaperone.

JEANS DAY:

Greens & Jeans Day is Friday, March 15, 2013. Bring out your inner Leprechaun! Cost is $3.00 to participate. Please note… Jeans may not have holes in them. Must wear a school appropriate shirt that is green or has green on it.

Attention Everyone, this is the last week for Penny Wars! Good luck!
