DOOR DECORATING CONTEST WINNERS:

Here are the winners from the door decorating contest:

Lower school… 3rd place is Mrs. English's 3rd grade class, 2nd place is Miss Tindall's and 1st place is Mrs. Smith's 4th grade class.

Upper school… 3^rdplace is tied Ms. Thomas & Mrs. Muldoon’s 8^th grade classes, 2^ndplace is Ms. Cody’s 7^th grade class and 1^stis Ms. Schluetter’s 6^th grade class. Congrats to All!!!

HOLIDAY SHOPPE:

Attention Students and Staff… The Holiday Shoppe will be open one more time this Wednesday, December 18, 2013 starting at 8:30am and closing after the Winter Concert.

LEAP:

Creative Cooking’s last class is Friday, December 20, 2013.

NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY:
Attention National Junior Honor Society Students… The National Junior Honor Society meeting istoday, December 17, 2013 from 3:30-5:00pm in Miss Thomas’s classroom.

LEGO LEAGUE ROBOTICS COMPETITION: On Saturday, December 14^th, the Atoms competed in the First Lego League robotics competition qualifier at Conrad Schools of Science in Wilmington, Delaware. Although Adam Tuxward, Josh Frey, and Justin Golden had some problems getting the robot to work correctly during the matches, the Atoms won the award for Core Values. A special thank you goes out to Josh Frey and Justin Golden for staying after school to work on the robot before Saturday’s competition. Great job Atoms!

SPORTS:

PCA’s Basketball Teams have a “Home” game on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 against Seaford Middle @ 4:00pm.

SERVICE LEARNING PROJECT:

Attention Students and Staff… 2nd and 3rd grade are raising money for their Service Learning Project for the American Cancer Society. Give a $1.00 donation and write your name, or someone's name in honor of or in memory of, on a paper candy to help build a gingerbread house display in the lower school. Paper candies will be sold each morning until 8:15 in the 2nd and 3rd grade hallway.

LOST AND FOUND:

Attention Students… Please check the lost and found tables located in all 3 buildings for any lost items. Items will be removed next Friday, December 13, 2013 20, 2013.
