Today is Friday, May 3, 2013 and it is a D3 day for specials!!

CAFÉ FEATURES:

Sunrise: Cream of Wheat, Breakfast Pizza and Assorted Fruit- $1.35

Café Feature: Pizza, Baked Beans, Celery Sticks & Assorted Fruit - $2.40

BAND LESSONS:

Concert Make-Ups will meet in the band room @ 9:30

Beginning Flutes will meet in the band room @ 10:00

Beginning Saxophones will meet in the band room @ 12:45

Beginning Flute will meet in the band room @ 1:15

Beginning Band Rehearsal will meet in the band room @ 2:45

TAB COLLECTION COMPETITION:

Attention Students…PCABT is having a “Tab Collection” competition. The school will be divided into 3 teams: K-2, 3-5, and 6-8. The team that collects the most tabs by May 17^th will receive a free jeans or pajama day (to be decided by the winning team’s teachers). Thank you all for your participation and we look forward to seeing the results!

BOGO SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR:

PCA DANCE:

Attention 5^th-8^th grade Students… School Dance is today, May 3, 2013 from 6-9pm sharp in the Café. Cost is $5.00 and $4.00 if you bring a chaperone.

JEANS DAY:

Attention Students and Staff… Jeans Day is today, May 3, 2013 with any school appropriate shirt. Cost is $3.00 to participate. Reminder ripped jeans are not permitted!!

BIKE-A-THON:

May is National Bike Month!! PCA is celebrating by having its 3^rd Annual school wide “Bike-A-Thon” on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. It’s FREE to participate. Students just need to bring their bike, helmet and water bottle. Bikes must be dropped off no later than 9am the morning of the bike ride and picked up no later than 6pm the same evening. If that is not possible, bikes may be dropped off the afternoon before the bike ride on May 7^th before 5:30pm. PCA is not responsible for the loss or damage of bikes during the event.

PCA SPORTS:

PCA’s baseball and softball teams have a “Away” game against Chipman Middle on Monday, May 6, 2013 @ 4:00pm.

JOE CORBI’S FUNDRAISER:

Attention Students and Staff… Joe Corbi’s fundraiser delivery will be on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 3:30-6:30pm.

Safety Gear:

Attention Students… You must bring protective gear (helmet, elbow and knee pads), if you plan on riding a skateboard, razor, etc. at school and can only be ridden during recess.
