Today is Wednesday, May 25, 2011 and it will be B2 a day for specials!!
Band Schedule:
(7/8) Trumpet will meet in the band room @ 8:10
Trombone will meet in the band room @ 8:40
Make-Ups will meet in the band room @ 1:00
(Int.) Brass will meet in the band room @ 1:30
(Beg.) Trumpet will meet in the band room @ 2:00
Lunch:
Café Feature: Cowboy Burger, Fries, Glazed Carrots & Fruit Singles- $2.25
Grab & Go Sandwich: Curried Chicken Salad Wrap- $1.50
Faculty Feature: Pork Egg Roll w/Rice & One Side- $2.75
Jump Rope and Dodgeball for Hearts Pizza Party: Attention Students that participated in either Jump Rope or Dodgeball for Heart there will be a “Pizza Party” on Monday, June 6, 2011 starting @ 2:30pm. Mr. Beach will hand out the gifts at that time.
Physical Education Basketball Tournament: The Physical Education Department is holding a 5 vs. 5 basketball tournament fundraiser after school on Tuesday, June 7, 2011. The tournament is only for students in 5th through 8th grade. The cost is $3.00 per student. Students may choose their teams prior to the event. If you cannot make a team, Mr. Beach or Mr. Slusher will place you on a team. The event will run from 3:45 to 6:00pm. PCA’s Faculty will also play against any contenders. Mr. Slusher, Mr. Rice, Ms. Cody, Mrs. Candileri has agreed to play! If you’re interested please see Mr. Beach for Sign Ups! All proceeds will be used to buy Physical Education Equipment.
Mud Run: Attention Students in 5th through 8th grade… PCA’s 1st Mud Run is this Friday, May 27, 2011 from 3:30 to 5:30pm. All permission slips & money need to be turned in to the office by Thursday, May 26, 2011. Please remember to bring old clothes to participate and a change of clothes to go home in. Cost is $7.00 to participate. All proceeds will go to St. Jude’s Hospital.
Field Day T-Shirts: Attention Students and Staff… Field Day t-shirt money is due by Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
Jeans Day: Attention Students and Staff… Jeans day has been moved to Friday, June 3, 2011. Students are permitted to wear Jean Shorts/Capri’s (no cutoffs) with any school appropriate Athletic Shirt!!
Tutoring: Attention Students and Staff… Last day for tutoring is Thursday, May 26, 2011!!
